Titus 3
We are to obey our government leaders and our employers, as long as that does not go against the will of God.
We are not to speak bad things about anyone, but be kind to all.
We are saved by the grace of God, not of works or our own goodness. One we are saved through faith, then we can let our good works shine so that others will see the love of God.
We aren't to get into worthless, meaningless talk and actions. They are unprofitable. Show the love of God and let the Spirit of God speak through you that your words will be meaningful and loving to others, showing God's love.
