Wisdom and Prudence
It's important to read this as the voice of "Wisdom" speaking. We know that the Spirit of "wisdom" is the Holy Spirit in us. As a Believer, it's inherited by the Spirit of God ... but we must exercise it.
Wisdom is telling us that it partners with "prudence". I took the liberty to look up this word in the dictionary and find that it means:
1. the quality or fact of being prudent.
2. caution with regard to practical matters; discretion.
3. regard for one's own interests.
4. provident care in the management of resources; economy; frugality.
*DISCRETION*
Wisdom alone isn't enough - we just act with discretion. I pray that I might have wisdom, and then the discretion to act and respond accordingly.
