Sometimes we think by ourselfs: if God really chooses the ones He wants to choose, then my neighbor will believe in God if God wants to, and not if God doesn't want to. And if God wants my neighbor to believe in Him, He will make my neighbor believe in Him. Therefore, I can sit back and relax.

However: God chose us to be His children. This does mean that we have to tell others. How else will my neighbor hear about God?! We are part of the election of God!
