Almost all of the children, born to Abraham apart from Sarah, became nations that one day would cause some sort of trouble for Israel. All of these children were given gifts and just sent away. Only Isaac recieved the full inheritance, probably causing insance jealousy for his half brothers. In fact the turmoil continues even today in the Middle East between Israel and the Arab nations. Talk about a family feud.
