After Jesus had got done laying down some more details about what it meant to follow Him some of his disciples left because they felt like it was too hard of a teaching to follow after. However when Jesus asked his original 12 if they were going to leave to their response, “to whom shall we go?” said so much about how much they believed in who Jesus said he was. Every day I am confronted with decisions that tell a lot about what I believe. As one I heard someone once say, “How you live determines what you believe.” I have given my life to Jesus, hands down; to me there is nowhere else to go for the truth is the truth. I am fully convinced that we have a creator that loves us so much that He sent his son to die for all of our sins. Those who left Jesus at the time saw following Him as another option or path out or many. But the truth is there is only one way and as hard as it seems at times to follow at the end of the day those whose eyes have truly been open to the truth would say the same, “To whom shall we go?” There is no other option.
