Jesus cut right to the core of the matter - these people saw Jesus as their meal ticket.

Why do I follow Jesus? Am I looking for Him to be my “meal ticket”, to provide all my needs, to bless me beyond measure? Does my reaction when He doesn’t do those things reveal my true motives?
