Being undignified for God
I think these verses have a really relevant message to us today. David was described as 'leaping and dancing', and he was a KING. I can imagine that wasn't very royal behaviour as Michal points out, but David says he is more than willing to do that for God. I find that really cool. It's a reminder to me to not care what others think in the little things I do, because they are for God.
