Call to Worship

Since I have had considerably more time to think about this song, naturally one would assume that I have a great, deep message from God spoken to me through the simple lyrics of MercyMe's "Call to Worship". I don't. But what I do have is a broken heart as I witness my frail faith crack even more. I see my selfishness side by side to the King of Glory's selfless love. I have spoken words of destruction, while the Creator spoke all things into being. I have walked through the mud and mire, while Jesus walked on the water. I have experienced the inner chaos that sin brings while Jesus calmed the wind and the sea.
