The Bible never says to:
be baptized in the Holy Spirit (I Corinthians 12:13)
be anointed bye the Holy Spirit (anointing is for a special task)
be sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13)
to pray to receive the Holy Spirit(Acts 2:38, this occurs at salvation)
All of these thing are done deals.
