What the Father think of Jesus
This is really the song of the Father, about what He thinks and feels about Jesus, specifically when Jesus returns. God is not stoic nor religious. He overflows with emotions and feels deeply. We see this from the first verse. The Father's heart OVERFLOWS with a good theme. It is as if He can't contain it!!! The Father is eager to tell the story of Jesus the Son. The Father's tongue is a pen of a ready writer. Like He is on the verge of exploding. One of the primary goals of the Father for us is that we would hear the song that He is singing over His Son and that we would mediatate on the good theme and we would become a overflow with a good theme as He is for His Son. And we would enter into this exhilirated love that the Father has for the Son. And that we would love Jesus the way that the Father loves Jesus. Jesus is the theme that is moving the Father's heart. He wants to be the theme moving our heart.
