It’s amazing to think that God will work as we speak His truth through what we are saying. He takes our best attempts at communicating His eternal truth and changes lives. Those who listen to the Holy Spirits voice have the opportunity to allow God to forever change their destiny. Their eternity can forever be turned around and life will never be the same all because I have shared the truth of God’s word with that person or group of people. I know what it is to feel God’s Holy Spirit speak to my heart and move me towards Him through hearing someone speak or share His word. As a pastor I must always remember this because often times I will depend on my own abilities and analyze how I am doing and can forget that my words alone are powerless. It’s only by God’s grace that He uses any of us and I must never forget this. God help me today to serve you and keep my dependence on you always.
