the story of Jesus' Birth
The story as a whole tells the wonderous message of how our savior became man. But there are 3 points that jumped out to me.
1- vs. 7 - Jesus became flesh. He gave up everything (royalty, glory, heaven) to come be with us and save us.
2- vs. 8-12- Jesus accepts everyone. The shepherds were despised and looked down on by the orthodox Jews of the time. Funny how they could raise the sacrificial lamb but still were llooked down on. Jesus was later refered to as our Good Shepherd
3- vs. 20 - True relationship with Jesus results in true worship.. they left glorifying and worshiping. Shouldnt we all.
