John 1 We see that the Word is what creates. I also know that faith comes from hearing and that is hearing from the Word of God. We also see the Word in a human form in Jesus, everything the Word of God is, is found in the life of Jesus. Also John says "though HIS ministry" in verse 27, Jesus was alone to point out that our ministry is within us. Jesus didn't perform any miracles early on, all he had was his Word and that's what brought his disciples to him. They went off his Word and the Word of God through John the Baptist. There is tremendous power with the Words you believe in. (John 1)

Proverbs 1 Proverbs are to help you gain understanding and wisdom. From the start of Proverbs up to verse 18 we learn to pay attention to the people we are around. If they are not the influential type we should not follow them also that success isn't from the amount of money you have. Verses 29-33 show that if you choose to go your own way ignoring the advice from God you will have to deal with whatever comes from those decisions. You can avoid all of that by simply listening to the advice given you will have confidence in your decisions and no fear of harm.

Pslam 1 Those who do no follow the advice of the wicked but delight in the Word of God are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. They prosper in all they do. Verse 1-3.
Verse 6 lets us know that God watches OVER the path of godly...so he has control of how that turns out. The path of the wicked leads to destruction.

Genesis 1 God said "Let there be light" and there was light. He brought the light to this World with his Words. I will do the same I will brighten his light in this World so it can reach some of the darker places. Verse 11 we see that our ground should sprout with vegetaion, trees that grow seed-bearing fruit.
Verses 26-27 we see that we were created "in His own image". We can create just like God has created by his Word.
