Genesis 5:5 NCV, Genesis 5:20 NCV and Genesis 5:23-24 NCV

In Genesis 5, we begin to see the decline of age for people as the result of the Fall; however, God chose Enoch to live a relatively short life (365 years) and then take him home (heaven). Why did he live such a short life? Did God miss him?

If God wanted him home with him and they walked together, that must have been some relationship. Is my relationship with God that way? Am I walking with God like Enoch? Does God want me "home" sooner rather than later?
