Know
1 Simeon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:
-A FAITH OF EQUAL STANDING. our faith is as great as Peters because of the righteousness of GOD. WE HAVE ALL OF GODS RIGHTEOUSNESS. we have to stop believing that we are some less loved child of God.-

May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
-The more we know God, the closer we are to Him, the more grace and peace we have. He is the greatest thing anyone could have. Spend more time pursuing him. Grow in any knowledge of him. If we get distracted from growing in knowledge we loose grace and peace. anything is bad that keeps us from our time with the Lord; our time in prayer, because our knowledge of him leads us to grace and peace.-

His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence
-He has given us everything we need for a Godly life. God is not stingy. He desires to give. He has given everything! Whatever is His is ours. BY KNOWING HIM! its not enough to know the right things about God, demons in hell know the right things about God. This is about a relationship, an intimate knowledge of God. not an acquaintance; but KNOWING. Do i love with all my heart, soul and mind?? Do i see God as a person, and a person that i love?? Do i love him or do i just love the idea of this BEING and this POWER? (not to tap into some supernatural power but because i love a person of God who created me and loves me and sent his son to die for me so that i could take on his righteousness and fall in love with this person and trust this person and want to be lead by this person and the more and more i know this person, the more and more grace and peace i experience in my life. and when im separated from this person because i haven't spent enough time with this person, it drives me NUTS! because he's the love of my life and MAN, i have to kick everything else out and get together with this person, the person of God cause i love him and the more i love him the more i know him and the more grace and peace are thrown ate me and the more i see that i have everything i need for life in godliness)
4 by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire
-excited about the PRECIOUS promises of God. when your not excited about God, you'll be excited about something else. we can become obsessed and that's when we're getting fulfillment from something other than God. (turn my eyes upon Jesus, LOOK FULL IN HIS WONDERFUL FACE and the things of earth WILL GROW STRANGELY DIM, IN THE LIGHT OF HIS GLORY AND GRACE.) when we gotta have, gotta have, gotta have this is a symptom that you're missing a relationship with God because when you have that relationship everything else just seems to dissipate. the great and precious promise of God. Fellowship; partake (be characterized by) of one another, through that we can escape corruption of the world. we get caught, get sucked in further by sin. BUT BY THE PARTAKING OF GODS DIVINE NATURE WE CAN ESCAPE THAT. THE MORE WE KNOW HIM, THE MORE WE'RE ABLE TO ESCAPE. it starts with believing in the promises of God; that He has given me everything i need. He will give us a way of escape. Knowing God. fasting, praying, searching. hungry for the Word of God. love protects us from sin. we never commit sin if we are walking in love. you must be confident in yourself is you are living in Christ. humility, faith, joy. KNOW.
