Are three words that guided me through a season of my life. My mother was suffering from a cancer tumor, it had been the second one in seven years. I needed God to be prevalent in my mom’s and family’s life than ever before. Our faith was being tested yet again. I decided to create an atmosphere of worship by getting on my knees and crying out to God. I came to him with an open and willing heart. I knew if I asked, sought, and knocked God would take hold of her body. (I remember being in those moments when I surrendered myself completely. It is a place I need to be more often.) Those three words gave me hope and strength through that tough time in my life. Looking back it now, I realize if I am direct in my asking, God will be direct in delivering. I challenge you to ask God directly what you need. If it’s a job, hope, or healing be specific!! He will protect you. You are his children!!!
