Has Jesus showed up?
Zacchaues wanted to see Jesus, he like many others have heard of the amazing miracles and teachings that Jesus was doing throughout the region. He may himself actually witnessed some of these miracles and teachings. Jesus saw Zacchaeus and told him that He was going to be dining out of his house. Zacchaues was over joyed!
How many people in your life are looking for an encounter with Jesus? We are God's ambassadors to this dying world, and there are people in need of seeing Jesus. Who is around you looking for an encounter with God in their lives like Zacchaues, and when you see them, what do you do? Do you put an invite out to them to share about how Christ has met you in your life? I am not talking about simply walking up and down parking lots and peoples houses passing out tracks or inconveniently bothering them. I am talking about inviting that person in to see the impact that Jesus has made in your life. Share your life with others for the sake of the Gospel. You may be the only Jesus that some people see and the greatest miracle that you can share with people is the love that God has given you! Without love, your actions will be in vain!
