Creed to think about
I was at the library the other day and while looking through fiction books in the young adult section found one of the authors I like. McDaniel writes christian romances that ALWAYS seem to have a tear jerker ending. I own Angel of Mercy and Angel of Hope in a two pack called Journey of Hope. I haven't read her books for a while but I found a creed at the start of one of the Angels in Pink series that I thought was something to commit to memory. Here it is...

I will pass through this life but once.
If there is any kindness I can show, any good I can do, any comfort that I can offer,
let me do it now
For one day I will be gone and what will remain is the memory of what I did for others.
Lord, you know my assets and liabilities. Help me to give my best to humanity even on days when I think everyone has lost it, especially when I feel like I've lost it.
