putting away anger
it is important not to get caught up on being upset, wanting revenge, being verbally combative, being prideful which is one of the biggest issues that causes sin to begin with. People don't wanna look "soft" or weak so they have to react hastily but God wants us to turn away from ALL anger, wrath with all malice. The Holy Spirit aides in all things the flesh finds too hard to do.
