Obedience- The Lord is our greatest reward
"Life is made up of a multitude of conscious decisions. Temporary pleasures of this world will not satisfy!
Be encouraged to walk in obedience and seek eternal rewards!
Jeremiah 17:10
I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.
TODAY, I rest in the Lords peace as i thank him for my ONE great reward- Walking in union with him!!
While God does choose to bless His people with riches both here and in the world to come (Mark 10:30), the greatest and most desirable reward is God Himself!
The "pearl of great price" is no mere piece of jewelry but the very Kingdom of God (Matthew 13:46). To pursue God's many rewards over God Himself is to misunderstand and forfeit those rewards!!!
