Living the Fresh Life

Have you ever done something or said something so foolish and you wished you could rewind and take it back? Have you ever wanted a second chance? I know I have. Since I don't live a perfect life, of course, I have sinned. I've done things that I simply regret and can't take back. Have you?

One thing that I love about this chapter is that it basically talks about a second chance. The second chance that this particular chapter speaks on is giving up ones old self and now "a new life has begun!" What an AWESOME Gift (vs.18) from God! When we become a member of Christ family, we simply become a new person. The old things that we have done in the past are done away with because of Christ.

Isn't that special? God sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for YOU so that you can be saved (John 3:16) and now, because Christ died for us, that is the only way we can come back to God.....through Jesus Christ (vs. 18). Hallelujah! His is using us as ambassadors for His Kingdom to tell people about His love. He wants us to tell about how he is going to come again and receive us into His family. Now, we are apart of the body of Christ.

What a blessing to know that you are worth dying for. Your past doesn't dictate who you are and you get a second chance to live....for Christ.

I hope that you take advantage of this second chance that God is giving you. Don't let Him down by doing the old things that you used to do. Let them go and live for Christ. Tell others about Jesus Christ and invite them to be apart of the family.

I'm praying for you all and I hope that you enter this New Year in the family of God. If you need special prayer, please send your request to milkshake144@yahoo.com

God has something for you this year! He has a blessing coming your way and I can't wait to hear all about it!
