Thats not possible
Can you just imagine Abrams thoughts. God is telling him about his descendants and yet Abram has no child. When we focus on what we have or what we can do, we completely forget who God is and what he can do.
Gods promise to Abram of descendants would never be seen by Abram! But Abram trusted in God because of the fulfillment of the promise in Isaac. Gods promise of a Messiah came 400 years after he last spoke through the peophwts to the nation of Israel. God keeps his promises in his time not oirs.
