Do not say negative things about people period!!!
Avoid it at all costs!!! Pray about it instead!!! Being negative is not good for you or anyone around you and accomplishes nothing!!!! If someone is doing something that you think would be better or more efficient, ask if you can make a suggestion or help them! If they say no atleast you have tried! Then pray some more and try again later.
