Give What is Owed
S - “Well then,” he said, “give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and give to God what belongs to God.” (Luke 20:25 NLT)
O - Jesus is asked if they should pay taxes to Caesar and Jesus responds telling them to give to Caesar what is his and to God what is his.
A - So often this passage is used to show that paying taxes is biblical, and rightly so, but I think something even more important is my life belongs to God and I owe all I do, have, and say to God.
P - Father, use me today for your glory. Speak through me and may your words fall on open hear and open hearts. Show those I see today your glory.
