Let it go
God's message to me has been clear, stop getting\ being angry all the time and control your temper. My 4 yr old son crawled in bed w us last night which is a normal occurrence lately, he woke me at 5 am with a head bonk. When I wake up no matter what time it is I have to use the restroom, my son said don't leave! I told him I had to go and would be back in a minute..so I proceeded downstairs to do my business came back upstairs with the plan to go back to sleep for for an hour or so.
I came back to find that he had wet my bed... Oooo I tell ya my heart started to race my face got hot- anger ready to explode and I was about to yell at him when God ( whom I have asked to help w my anger I can't do it alone) washed me with peace. I simply got a change of clothes,changed him put him in his own bed-with a lot of yelling on his part- and stripped my bed. I turned on my phone to find this as the verse of the day ,smiled took a deep breath sat down to write this note. he is now asleep in his bed and my heart rate is slowly coming back to normal. Thank you Lord for calming my anger and giving me this verse thismorning, I place all my trust in u that u will help me stop what u have asked me too and will not worry because u are right there with me every second of every day. Amen
