True Happiness
(TODAY’S THOUGHT)
"When you think about the horrible circumstances Paul was in when he wrote these words in Philippians from a prison cell, you truly wonder how he could possibly be happy. He had learned that happiness is not just an emotion you feel, but a decision you have to continually make no matter your circumstances. God has given us the ability to do all things and make it through anything because of Christ who gives us the inner strength.
As you go about your day many circumstances will challenge your attitude and faith. This is your opportunity to remember the recipe Paul had found for being happy. It is not about the outside situations that you will face, it is all about what God is doing inside of you and what He has given you through His word. He gives you peace, confidence, power and true happiness that will challenge the norm of our world!!"
SN: in this Christian walk, we should be alert. How many times have someone upset you, did you wrong, or plans didn't go your way? Did you allow the situation/person rob you of your joy or did you maintain it in the midst of your troubles?
Rejoice now & not after the situation has been fix. God has given you the tools to make it through. The Word says, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. He given us true happiness so don't allow the enemy to rob you of what God has given you. So I say, rejoice now when you're in the storm & don't wait until the sunshine. Amen! Bless you all.

Father, I thank you that you have given me the ability to experience contentment and happiness despite my circumstances. I know this is something I cannot achieve on my own. I know it is only through Christ who gives me the strength. Please fill me with your peace, confidence and happiness today so that others might see Jesus in me! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
