The man wasn't really ready to give up his little god...
..in exchange for a real big God (the only One). Yeah, in spite on the mans pride, selfishness, blindness, stubbornness and depravity.. Jesus still deeply loved him. "Then Jesus beholding him loved him.." (See Mark10.21). And He really loves you too. No god that men make even come close to compare with the living God. Worship the Bible God alone.. mind not wandering around like at weak movies that Hollywood makes. Yes, worship full-on in Spirit and in truth. He is so worthy and the Father is actually seeking for such to worship like this.
