Self-Liberation
My devotion today talks about loving ourselves unconditionally as God loves us.
This is how I break it down in my head: If God can love me flaws and all; He who knew me before I knew myself, how can I not love me then?
In order to love yourself, you need to know God: what He did for us, how He views us. If God sacrificed His only Son for us; the least we could do is love ourselves. This is what should set you apart; showing others with little faith how our worth is measured by what He did for us. The Ultimate Sacrifice. We are priceless and should see ourselves as that.
For me, it is embedded right onto my brain; doped into my blood.
