Prayer changes Gods mind
Moses had a deep concern for the people and he pleaded with The Lord to CHANGE HIS MIND and then began to remind God of His promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and then VRS 14 The Lord changed HIS mind. This is a great example of How prayer and actually reminding GOD of His own Words and promises can bring results
