GOD CHOSE ME
Amazing love......God's Love is just that! If I were to look into a mirror of Christ's reflection ( as in how much my face appears Christlike through me); what would I see? I'm not sure, because I feel I have failed Him so many times & still do! I circle the mountain when I should have faith, I lose my temper when I should be patient, I speak harshly when I should be silent,......the list goes on & on. God's never surprised at me. Never does He grab His head & say I can't believe her!! In fact, God chose me. He picked ME/YOU!!
I was always the last one picked to be on a team when I was in school. I hated the agony of watching each person slip happily off when they were called by name to join their team knowing I would be last & instead of chosen the team captain would simply be stuck with me!! God isn't stuck with me and He's not stuck with you either!!! He CHOSE YOU to be HIS!!! He loves you and everything about you!! He knows your flaws, failures, weaknesses, ....the whole nine yards, AND HE STILL CHOSE YOU, LOVES YOU AND WANTS YOU!!
As you go through this day (& each day after) say to yourself often: God picked me!!! Never forget YOU ARE CHOSEN!
