Don't Tempt Yourself!!

People say that ALL temptations are from Satan. That IS NOT true! We tempt ourselves entirely too much! It's true. The devil was tempting Job, right? It wasn't God, and OBVIOUSLY he wasn't tempting himself into denying God! He didn't just go and DECIDE that all his kids would die and he would get boils all over himself! THAT was Satan. When we tempt ourselves, it would be like a guy going to the mall with some other guys, that he knows probably just want to go to the mall NOT TO SHOP, but just to 'Hang Out.' Yeah. And deciding to go would be tempting ourselves. That guy would KNOW those other guys would be a bad influence on him, and that might tempt him to look at things he shouldn't.

Seriously, sometimes we tempt ourselves without even knowing it! I used to tempt myself ALL the time! I would freak-out about the end-times and WHAT IF I'M NOT SAVED!! I believe that part was from the Devil. But then I would go tempt myself to worry and watch the Left Behind movies! That was silly of me! It is a sin to worry, and my biggest struggle (or one of) is getting scared and worrying. That was REALLY dumb of me! But anyway.

So why should we tempt ourselves?
