Just rest

We can study this Bible till we're blue in the face, but God is God and we have to accept the fact that He knows what He's doing and we have to trust Him!
It should not be our concern how He chooses to accomplish His will!

My heart is not proud, Lord , my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me. (Psalm 131:1 NIV)

Job had to get to this place. I hope I can learn from his experience! He knew he over estimated his wisdom!
He said to God:

Surely I spoke of things I did not understand; I talked of things too wonderful for me to know.
(Job 42:3b NCV)

His soul was a mess until he surrendered that to God!

But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.
(Psalm 131:2 NIV)

He surrendered his will and accepted God's!

“I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted. (Job 42:2, NIV)

His eyes seen a God he could not see! He had faith to believe He was there! He knew God had not left him!

My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you. (Job 42:2, 5 NIV)

And we can put our name where Israel's name is....

Israel, put your hope in the Lord both now and forevermore.
(Psalm 131:3 NIV)

And rest!
