The obvious answer is.. no.

Some believers speak in tongues etc.. but not all of them, so don't push believers. It's a not at all required for salvation and having God's Word Spirit living within the believer. In Greek whenever a question is asked like this one is asked, the answer is always in the negative. It's a 'No.' #duh
