Wisdom: approaching situations the right way
This scripture talks about listening to advice and accepting instruction that one could gain wisdom to help him/her.
There are times whenever I need help with a situation, I will call my friends or my family members for advice, but sometimes they do not provide me with the best advice.
Every night I always pray to the Lord for wisdom and discernment. I want to make the best choices in life, and i want to give the right advice to my friends, my family, or whoever God sends me to help. Every time I pray about a situation, the Lord will reveal to me on how I should approach it. It's very easy to rely with OUR own understanding, but OUR understanding could give us a wrong idea of how to approach our situations. This is why it's important to ask God for instruction, listen to his instruction, and to accept his instruction.
Whenever you are stuck in a situation, pray to the Lord about it; ask for wisdom and understanding and have faith that the Lord will provide you an answer. God can reveal to you in many ways on how to get the right advice that you need.
