TURN UP THE VOLUME, THINK BIG
Some parts of this note came from Paula White as she preached at the Reboot 2011 Conference in Detroit MI. This conference was at Impact Church hosted by Pastor Keenan Knox. Reboot is a four night event with a different speaker each night. Paula spoke on Monday November 15, 2011. This is really helping me with my life right now. I will press on. I must TOTALLY SURRENDER ALL CONTROL TO GOD.
When you praise him, great things begin to happen. I expect great things to happen. TURN UP THE VOLUME. Listen, Hear, Expect.
Life has a way of shifting and causing conflict at the most inopportune times. This is the purpose of the enemy's plan - allowing life to happen to you. You become upset about the things happening around you. You start forgetting your purpose. You become so focused on what you are going through you miss this point - just because you are going through something doesn't mean you can take a vacation from your assignment. KEEP IT MOVING!
Function in purpose even when you don't feel like it. Your purpose is not your vocation. Your vocation is a gift that helps us to fulfill our purpose. As a servant our purpose began as a two fold mission : Worshiping with Dominion. Our purpose now is a three fold mission : Worshiping Witness with Dominion. Enter with Thanksgiving. Spread the good news. My witness is my lifestyle.
Disconnect yourself from those that disagree from what your purpose and plan for your life. Some relationships are seasonal. Don't let toxic people ruin you. In order for me to be successful at what I've been called to do, I must remain connected to the one who called me to do it. Many of us want to function in the things of God without having a conversation with the God of all things. We are functioning from an entertainment base and not being prayer driven. We want to be stimulated but not impregnated. We can receive word that is not in season and cause us to move faster than we should. Move only when you receive a confirming word from God. You must stay still until God releases you to go. You must get tired then deal with it.
People are happy with you as long as you are at their level. As soon as you decide to back the enemy up off of you, the same people patting you on your back are the same ones stabbing your back. Just because you are doing God's will things will not always feel good. Do something different. Let some stuff go. Don't take today into tomorrow. Thank God. In this season you can't be quite. TURN UP THE VOLUME. MAKE IT LOUD, LOUDER. People are in the same situation you are in your mission is to not act like them.
Place your stake in the ground. Your season has turned. THINK BIG. The only thing that can hold you back is how BIG your thinking is. EXPAND your thinking. EXPAND your territory. EXPAND MY JOY. EXPAND MY PEACE. Expand everything around me. Expand my influence. THINK BIG. Don't hold onto the past. IF YOU CAN'T THINK BIG, YOU CAN'T LIVE BIG. THINK BIG INCREASE is coming. ENLARGE THY TENT. Welcome to the next level. Get up from where you are. It's not about you getting a car or a house. It's about your purpose. God's ways are not man's ways.
GOD is ABOUT to USE ME.
