Psalms 11

People, what is causing you fear today?
And why? If you're God's child, why wouldn't you just run to Him! He's your Dad!

I've already run for dear life straight to the arms of God. So why would I run away now when you say, the evil bows are bent, the wicked arrows Aimed to shoot under cover of darkness at every heart open to God. The bottom's dropped out of the country; good people don't have a chance"? (Psalm 11:1-3 MSG)

The world would say run away! Drink it away! Numb yourself! Drug yourself!
Don't face it! Run....run!

This economy, the world situation, the
huge national debt, terrorism,...marriage problems, health problems, child problems,
it all wants to paralyze us in fear today.

But Gods still here! Things have changed.....but He hasn't!

But God hasn't moved to the mountains; his holy address hasn't changed. He's in charge, as always, his eyes taking everything in, his eyelids Unblinking, examining Adam's unruly brood inside and out, not missing a thing. (Psalm 11:4 MSG)

Take a breath. God is here! In control!
He'll deal with all our problems! And those who cause us heartache!

God's business is putting things right; he loves getting the lines straight, Setting us straight. Once we're standing tall, we can look him straight in the eye. (Psalm 11:7 MSG)

Don't crouch in fear today. Stand tall! Trust God! He'll work good out of bad!

That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good. (Romans 8:28 MSG)
