Paralyzed
What paralyzed me...stops me from walking in the Spirit? Fear? pride? low self esteem? Wrong priorities?
When Jesus saw the man in this story He immediately saw what was truly holding Him back and it wasn't what seemed obvious to everyone else.
We are so quick to blame circumstances when it is response to or within those circumstances that is the issue. We think I'll deal with the circumstance first and then I'll be able to get my life/ attitude right but it should be the other way around.
LORD, help me to examine my heart to determine what is keeping me from following You completely.
