all of us can be shepherds
It is easy to glaze over an verses like this when speaks to shepherds or leaders of any kind. We look and say " I am not a a pastor, worship leader, bishop, elder, or even lead a bible study|" Even if you have only been a christian for 1 year maybe there is a christian that has only been a christian for 6 months. they look up to you. You fall short and it changes you. I have seen it happen. I have done it. It is a very scary thing to have people look up to you. WOE to you sheperds WOE..
