Trusting Beyond My Ability
S - “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” (Mark 9:23, 24 NLT)
O - Jesus was asked to heal this man's boy if he could. Jesus responds that anything is possible for those who have faith. The replies he had faith, but he needed help to really believe what he wanted Jesus to do.
A - I have trusted Jesus for much over the years, but I still need help from him to trust him for al I believe he is calling me to do. Daily I need to step out to trust him more. My daily life ought to be built on faith.
P - Father, as the man in this story, I do believe, help me where I lack so that I can do all that you have for me.
