things we like to hear
false prophets. Ezekiel is sent against the false prophets. I am not sure I always know who is a false prophet, but I like the phrase in the KJV about prophesying out of their own hearts. It sounds different then own inspirations from the NASB. It is out of our hearts comes our wants and desire. Some prophets like to prophecy things that make people feel good. And prophecy is used for encouragement, but it should all be about making people feel good. It needs to be from God not out of somebodies heart. I often feel like a false prophet is going to be somebody who too much speaks all good things.
