Why are you afraid?

Root Causes:
1. A flawed belief - imperfect, erroneous, incorrect belief; A person believes they are totally resp. for caring for themselves, others or a situation. Considering your ability and resources and sees you are inadequate for the situation then fear is the result or response.
2. Recognizing insufficiency or deficiency is not the problem, it's when we assume total responsibility.
All the responsibility is not on you, you have a helper, The Holy Spirit. Fear is related to the fact that you think you have to handle it!!! Ouch.
