Yesterday (June 29, 2011) the Cincinnati Court of Appeals, one of three circuits with constitutional challenges of forcing Americans into the failed "health care" model, or to pay a penalty to opt out, said the plan is constitutional. Part if the plan is for BIG PHARMA to give discounts so they can herd more Americans to their altars of a promised easy out and no personal responsibility for what one eats, nor power to change.

I know there are some with catastrophic diseases or injuries and don't mind helping them, but drugs aren't the answer, as the last 50 years have shown.
