God desires our true worship above anything else
From the description, this temple appears to be the greatest monument man ever built God. Being the richest man ever, it will be hard for anyone to match that gift today. It would take far more than one man's will for this to happen in our time.
God graciously accepts but warns He cannot be bribed to overlook sin. At anytime Isreal disobeys Him, He would reject them & the very expensive gift.
To God, our heart is the most expensive gift. Guess what, everyone can afford that!
