I Quit Living in Fear
Fears impact the way we live our daily lives
4 of the biggest fears we deal with are.
the fear of loss (control, family) the fear of loss causes pride and the inability of loving absolutely
the fear of failing. fear of failure causes pain, distress, and the lack of confidence to try.
the fear of rejection. rejection causes insecurity, lack of confidence, and prevents of from reaching out, and standing up for what's right. PEER PRESSURE
Fear of the unknown this fear keeps us from moving away from the current situation. we are afraid of what we do not know. (most common with girls in abusive relationships)
Fear is putting our faith in the wrong things. Satan wants us trapped in our fears
2 timothy 4:7 God gave us his spirit of power and will to conquer the exact fears that Satan bounds us with. He allowances us to stay steady with confidence in Him.
What we fear reveals what we value most Fear reveals where we trust God the least.
God offers us his love and acceptance every day. we need to trust him and surrender control and allow him to give us the power to conquer our fears!
What do we do when we face our fears?
- acknowledge our fears we need to own our fears, and make a conscious decision to trust God in that area of our lives if we place all our faith and trust in God, what can MORTAL man do to me and my IMMORTAL God?
Perfect love casts out all fear!
- Seek after God with everything that you are. The farther away we are from God, the more the fears grow, but the closer I am to God, the less I fear the works of Satan and the world. when we seek the Lord it takes our focus off our fears and places it on the Lord!!
Do not forgot who God is!
what if, what if, what if......
What if God came through for us in every situation in our lives? Can you imagine a life where God exceeds us in every aspect. a life where we do not have to fear? Not only does God say its possible, but he promises it to us!!!!!
we do not have to fear because we are adopted into Gods family, and we know that God went before us, and is always with us!!!!!
Why fear the dark when Jesus Christ is the light!
Pursue God and Pursue a fearless life with the father!!!
