Of all the potential theological creeds, or beliefs, Paul marks this as primary, the most important.

It might be said that anyone who believes this is a Christian: Christ's death for our sins, and his ressurection.

Just read it again, it'll do you good... and use it when sharing the gospel, it's concise, and a good outline (give further explanation where needed (e.g. Sin).
