Knowing God's Will

I almost feel like it's wrong to pray this prayer.  But I really want to believe the word of God.  

God, please give me complete knowledge of your will!  Give me spiritual wisdom and understanding to see that things are not just happening to me - but they have meaning.

If He gives me knowledge and wisdom and understanding - then it increases my possibilities of pleasing Him.  Please God and produce fruit.
Power of God strengthening, patience enduring. 

1.  Please God (His will and patience)
2.  Produce Fruit (Power of God's strength)
