Do I Make You Proud?
Many parents can identify with this verse. Our kids can drive us nuts!! We may remember driving our own parents nuts and start to really understand what we put them through, since we are now going through it with our own children. So out of guilt we may try to be there for our parents more and give them the respect we robbed them of for so long. But don't forget your Father... the Big Father. Do you make Him proud? You know he doesn't care about your worldly titles and riches and knowledge. Do you make it easy for Satan to say, "Look at this fool! Why do you even bother with him?" Examine your heart and ask your Father, "Do I make you proud?". Do you really want the answer to that question?
