Strength
It is good, knowing that our God is one who is above all things. He is the creator and the one who determines and allows things to be so. Even more amazingly, it is absolutely a mystery how much attention He places on us. Such that He is willing to come to our level, and to bother to sympathise and empathise with people like us.
Even greater a mystery is how He has chosen to then take action by giving us great promises of Him protecting us during the darkest points of our lives. How could a sinner as ugly as myself command so much attention and love from this truly awesome and unfathomable God? Such is the mystery of His love for me.
By these promises that come out of His love for me, as seen in His workings in my everyday life as well as that expression upon the cross. Mine is an awesome and loving God whom I can hold on to all the time.
