justice, mercy and humility
God does not require all our lavish offerings or things that we do, he only required that we Act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with him. For me that means our attitudes and actions toward others, especially those that are poor in spirit and in life. How do we treat the orphans, the widows, the beggars, the homeless? Is it with justice, with mercy and humility at the same time? They are no different from us, they too have needs, desires, abilities and memories. How do we treat people of other faiths? Is it with justice, mercy and humility? Or do we despise and judge and cast out? They too desire to fill the emptiness of their hearts with true love and salvation offered by Jesus. Their choices do not make them an enemy, thus our treatment of them should remain with justice, mercy and humility.
