Tribulation Martyrs
He will wipe every tear from their eyes---from those who endured the tribulation. Never to suffer again... will they suffer starvation etc.?
People from every tribe tongue nation etc...not just saints but tribulation martyrs. Tied to the fact that the gospel will be preached throughout the Whole world and THEN the end will come. These people weren't "post-rapture converts" they're the fulfillment of the global great commission.
